Ainex looks back on a year defined by meaningful progress and shared achievements.

In 2025, Ainex became the first company in Korea to obtain MFDS approval and complete the integrated Innovative Medical Device review for an AI-powered colonoscopy decision-support solution—officially entering the reimbursed endoscopy AI market.
We also secured MFDS approval for our AI-powered upper endoscopy solution, making Ainex the first to complete Class III medical device approval for both upper and lower GI endoscopy AI diagnostics in Korea.

Beyond Korea, we expanded globally—securing medical device approvals across six countries, including Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Colombia, Indonesia, and Vietnam, and achieving commercial export success in three markets.

Our scientific and technological impact continued to grow.
In 2025, Ainex was selected for 11 government-funded programs and corporate certifications, published four ENAD-related papers in leading international journals such as Cancer and npj Digital Medicine, and participated in 17 domestic and international conferences to present our research and showcase ENAD.

Most importantly, we strengthened collaborations with healthcare institutions, global companies, and partners worldwide to accelerate the adoption and expansion of AI-powered endoscopy.

In 2026, Ainex will move forward with even greater momentum—
advancing AI-driven precision diagnostics in endoscopy and delivering meaningful impact in clinical practice.
