Article 2. Purpose of Processing Personal Information Ainex processes personal information for the following purposes:

1. Inquiry Response: Responding to inquiries about Ainex’s AI-powered endoscopy solution, ENAD, including consultation for adoption, partnerships, and technical support.

2. Search Hospital Service: Providing information on ENAD-equipped hospitals and analyzing service usage statistics for improvement.

Article 3. Period of Processing and Retaining Personal Information

1. Ainex handles and retains personal information only during the period specified by relevant statutes or as consented by the User.

2. The retention period is as follows:
a. Inquiry Records: Three (3) years from the date of submission (to manage consultation history and potential disputes).
b. Automatic Collection Data: Until the purpose of optimization or statistical analysis is achieved.

Article 4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties Ainex does not provide personal information to any third party without your prior consent, except where required by special provisions in the law or mandatory statutory obligations.

Article 5. International Transfer of Personal Information (for Global Users) To provide seamless global services, personal information collected from users (including those in the EU) is transferred to and managed in the Republic of Korea.
