Ainex Corporation, led by CEO David Lee, announced on the 27th that it has been selected for the 2025 Startup Leap Package by South Korea’s Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

The Startup Leap Package is a government-backed program that supports venture companies between 3 and 7 years old with strong technological capabilities and market potential. Participants are selected based on a comprehensive evaluation of their product or service development roadmap, strategic direction, and growth plans. 

Through this program, Ainex will receive up to KRW 200 million (approximately USD 150,000) in commercialization funding to further enhance its AI endoscopy software ENAD and accelerate regulatory approvals both domestically and internationally.

ENAD is an AI-based diagnostic support software for upper and lower GI endoscopy. Its core features include: Integrated lesion detection and diagnosis support, Compatibility with major endoscopy equipment and systems, Real-time blind spot and procedural monitoring, and Detection of atrophic gastritis and intestinal metaplasia.

The company stated that ENAD’s advanced technical capabilities and global market competitiveness were key factors in its selection for the program.

We are committed to evolving into a global leader in medical AI.” He added, “ENAD is already being adopted not only in Korea but also in international markets such as Singapore and Vietnam.”
